美國安生文教交流基金會簡介
美國安生文教交流基金會是總部設(shè)在美國的非盈利性、非政府的國際文化教育組織，成立于1994年。聯(lián)合國前秘書長加利博士為基金會名譽主席。基金會總部原位于紐約世界貿(mào)易中心83層，目前位于首都華盛頓特區(qū)。基金會在美國、中國等多地均設(shè)有機構(gòu)和代表處，如美國的華盛頓、洛杉磯、舊金山等；中國的北京、上海、南京、濟南、合肥、蘇州等。基金會有近300位工作人員，并有一支由50多名來自多國的上至原國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、原國際組織（如聯(lián)合國）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、相關(guān)部門高級官員、全國知名專家和教授、一流專業(yè)研究人員、知名中學(xué)校長和一線資深教師和高級文化從業(yè)人員組成的顧問隊伍。

在中國，安生基金會在承擔和落實有關(guān)省市教育主管部門、院校委托的長期學(xué)歷和非學(xué)歷教育國際項目以及引進國外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源中的過程中發(fā)揮了重要的作用并取得了很大成功，具有極大的影響力。安生基金會也在中國中央和活動，積極推廣中國文化和教育。基金會在中國多個城市支持設(shè)立外國語學(xué)校，以便更好地促進各國教育、語言及文化的交流和地方相關(guān)部門的支持及配合下，組織和贊助了各種國際文化和教育相關(guān)的提升。
Founded in 1994， the Ameson Education & Culture Exchange Foundation (or the Ameson Foundation) is a non-profit， non-governmental organization committed to the promotion and implementation of education exchanges in China and abroad. Ameson’s honorary Chairman is Dr. Boutros Boutros Ghali， the former Secretary General of the United Nations. Ameson maintains offices in Shanghai， Beijing， Nanjing， Suzhou， Washington DC plus numerous operations centers worldwide.
The Ameson Foundation has a staff of 300 hundred， with a consultant team of 50 people including former national leaders， former leaders of international organizations (such as United Nations)， government officials， renowned Chinese professors and experts， first-class researchers， principals of distinguished high schools， experienced teachers and other influential actors in the cultural sphere.
In China and abroad， Ameson maintains close relationships with many top world universities， government authorities， key non-governmental organizations， colleges， institutions and high schools.
Notable institutions that collaborate with Ameson include Harvard University， Stanford University， the University of Cambridge (UK)， the University of Chicago (USA)， the University of British Columbia (Canada)， the University of Leiden (Holland)， Lund University (Sweden)， Pole Universitaire Européen de Lorraine (France)， the Irish Higher Education Authority， the National Board of Education of Finland， Lorganization Internationale de la Francophonie， lAgence Universitaire de la Francophonie， and many others. In China， the Ameson Foundation has significantly contributed to the introduction of cutting-edge educational resources from abroad into the Chinese education system， and has also organized training courses and administered the American High School Program with assistance from government education bureaus and universities. The Ameson Foundation has consistently worked to promote Chinese education and culture on the international stage. The Ameson Foundation also supports foreign language schools in several cities across China， with the goal of promoting cross-cultural communication in the fields of education， language and culture. Ameson has also organized and sponsored a wide variety of cultural activities in collaboration with local education bureaus and other government departments.
崗位職責：
1.組織和實施教學(xué)計劃，為幼兒的發(fā)展和需要提供適宜的活動和學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境；
2.與同班的外籍教師聯(lián)合備課，共同在雙語幼兒園執(zhí)教；
3.使用標準普通話，采納美國高瞻課程進行幼兒中文教學(xué)；
4.和家長協(xié)調(diào)溝通，幫助家長了解幼兒園的教育理念、課程內(nèi)容以及幼兒在園情況
5.完成教學(xué)及參加幼兒園的相關(guān)會議和培訓(xùn)。
任職要求：
1.本科畢業(yè)，教育學(xué)、英語教學(xué)或者心理學(xué)優(yōu)先考慮。
2.1年以上相關(guān)的幼兒工作經(jīng)驗，有在國際班與外教合作的工作經(jīng)驗者尤佳。特別熱愛幼教事業(yè)，英語能力良好的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生也可以考慮。
3.有責任心，有耐心和愛心，熱愛幼兒和幼教事業(yè)；善于與家長溝通，有良好的團隊合作精神。 4.應(yīng)聘者需具備一定的英語口語交流能力
