1.Education， Training and Experience
？Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related degree or appropriate experience
？At least 5 years of experience in early childhood or related field
？Fluent in the working language(s) of the Kindergarten program (either Chinese， English， or both languages)

？Strong leadership skills
？Excellent written and oral communication skills
？Experience working with a variety of cultures and family dynamics
